What to do in the next ten minutes
Try every function in turn — bake, grill, fan, top and bottom elements — and write down which ones produce heat and which do not. Isolate the oven at the breaker for a few minutes and restore it, which is the only step the manual offers. Then note what the oven was doing when it first stopped: preheating, halfway through a long roast, or during a cleaning cycle.
Why there is no code to read
Six manuals were read — OCS8456S, OCM84331BG, OP8651, OT8636S, OCM8487S and OCS8664A — and all six print an undecoded ErrXX with one instruction behind it. There is no table, and the decoded lists that circulate match not one of the six. What we publish is the signal, never a meaning we cannot source.
The parts question, said at the diagnostic
Asko lists no ovens for sale in the United States. The machines here came through earlier distribution or were specified into a kitchen around European appliances, and their components travel from a European channel. That is a lead time rather than a surcharge, and it is stated before anything is ordered because on an out-of-catalog oven the timing is half the decision.

If it heats and the oven is not showing a code, generally yes. If a cut-out has tripped there is a reason, and using the machine hard while that reason stands is not wise.
It heats but everything burns.
